Hell is where The Strong Bad went after he fell off The Cliff and died. The Devil runs Hell and The Kaiser is in there. A glimpse of Hell can also be seen on Main Page 6.
Another reference to hell is in Where the Crap Are We?, where Homestar Runner suggests that they are in heaven. Then Strong Bad says that "this isn't heaven" as the background turns from blue to red.
