At some point you'll notice that Strong Bad is static in his method of email jokes. It gets to the point where you can guess when he'll start sputtering excuses...or meandering into funny words...or listing-his-humor-with-hyphens-conjunctions-and-ellipses...

There was a point when Strong Bad truly did have pizzaz and not the mummification factor of the Simpsons. "The basics" was another one of those emails where it thrived alone; but those days are gone, baby, their greatest tenstiments unappriciated.

I don't think this is worst SBEmail...I think that honor would go to "some kinda robot". But maybe that's just me.

I think this email isn't too bad. The reason it's funny is that Strong Bad so vigorously denies being a tape-leg, you get the idea that... maybe he is a tape-leg? And of course it inspired a lot of references. --195.92.67.77 18:07, 8 Aug 2005 (UTC)
