Lil' Strong Sad is the depiction of Strong Sad as a kid. He looked pretty much the same, though he was shorter and had differently-shaped eyes. He also seems to have gotten along better with Strong Bad, even though Lil' Strong Bad had already created his prominent belly button with a power drill by the time the above photograph was taken. Lil' Strong Sad also wore (at least in the above picture) a shirt similar to Charlie Brown's from the comic strip Peanuts.
