Kobe 1 and 2 are Pom Pom's and Strong Mad's roles, respectively, in A Decemberween Pageant. Nothing is known about them other than the fact that they resemble the basketball star Kobe Bryant and were apparently involved in the beginning of the Decemberween holiday. Although the real Kobe Bryant now wears the number 24, his number was 8 at the time of this toon. One notable thing is neither Pom-Pom nor Strong Mad appear in the pageant.
