DeFender, what's between the 1031 and the talk in your signatures? on several of them, all i see is hexadecimal code, which i think is b/c of my browser. it does it for lots of different things, whether or not it actually does correspond. {{User:The Knights Who Say Ni/sig}} 17:18, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Jorbalie! Jorbalie! That thing gives me the creeps/nightmares. HAJ

Why? what's so scary about it? — Defender1031*Talk 23:41, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

Can you tell me How you can make the Signature Change on special day's or Conditions? Please? Anybody? Pom Pom? Meh! 13:35, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

He uses ParserFunctions and a bunch of <noinclude> and <includeonly> tags to do this. Soiled Bargains (talk|ctrb) 18:34, 11 August 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Gradients

How do you make gradients in your sig? I decided to ask you because I see your sig all over the wiki. Mml554 talk

I actually wrote a script to generate text gradients back in my college days. (I actually dug up that script to use for something else a few months ago and it still works, despite the code being horribly ugly compared to how I've learned to write code.) Anyway, if you want a gradient, I'd be happy to have it generate one for you, just tell me what text and what colors you want it to fade through and I can paste the output here. (Note, you must give at least two colors, but can give more than two if you'd like.) — Defender1031*Talk 20:31, 8 December 2016 (UTC)
I think I will choose Mml554 as the words, and the colors will be red, yellow, and green. Mml554 talk 09:04, 9 December 2016 (UTC)
I went with a bit of a darker yellow and green than full to make it more readable on the white background. Here's the result: Mml554
and here's the code: <span style="color:#FF0000;">M</span><span style="color:#EA4000;">m</span><span style="color:#D58000;">l</span><span style="color:#C0C000;">5</span><span style="color:#60A000;">5</span><span style="color:#008000;">4</span>
Hope you enjoy it. — Defender1031*Talk 20:15, 10 December 2016 (UTC)
