You're missing the point. I got it at Youtube. I never went to Texas, getting a film called, strongbad_emails.exe DVD. I got the image from This Youtube page, so that's why it was suppose to be web content. Crappity Crappity, Homicidal Runner

So if you made an animated GIF, for instance, and you published it on a website, then I take the animated GIF and incorporate it into a DVD, then if somebody takes a screenshot of only your GIF from from my DVD and uploads it to their website, who gets the credit/copyright/licensing tag?
