Vampire's Castle?
I personally don't think Disk 4 of 12 - Vampire's Castle should count as a Halloween toon. Everything else in the list either directly involves or mentions Halloween, or was released within a couple weeks of Halloween (and in most cases, both), but the Disk 4 of 12 episode is a September release that doesn't mention Halloween at all.
