Mundelow is the hometown of Teen Girl Squad's What's Her Face as well as of Thorax Corporation.

- The name "Figgis" itself is a commonly used name from Monty Python's Flying Circus. For example: Mr. Arthur Figgis's death in the Monty Python sketch: It's Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
