The No Loafing sign can be found in Strong Bad's Computer Room.
In "50 emails," if you click on the candle at the end you see The Strong Bad, operating the "telegramaphone whilst wearing gentleman's sport's gloves." Behind him, you can see a sign that says "Loafing Not Permitted."
