Although Mike and Matt Chapman claim that Homestar runner is a children's series, there have been some traces of drugs, alcohol, etc used in their cartoons.
Use in cartoons

-In sbemail time capsule, an easter egg displays "Jobar's Big Ol' Headache Medicine," which is a bottle of pills
-In Stinkoman 20X6 (game), the main health restoring item is a large pill.
-In sbemail retirement, an easter egg reveals the files on strong bad's computer. One of them reads "diet pills"
