Nah, that wasn't me. I'm just another toob in the Stanford Band. But as such, I know the guy in the picture, and he's a big fan of H*R. He was really psyched when he showed up on the site one day -- he had a Facebook album devoted to it, titled "The Coolest Thing Ever." I'm not sure who painted the bell. It's been around a while.
