		+	Hey, could you please remember to welcome people with <nowiki>{{subst:User:H*bad/welcome}}</nowiki> instead of just <nowiki>{{User:H*bad/welcome}}</nowiki>? That "subst:" means the server doesn't have to take an extra hit every time the welcome is viewed. Welcoming

Hey, could you please remember to welcome people with {{subst:User:H*bad/welcome}} instead of just {{User:H*bad/welcome}}? That "subst:" means the server doesn't have to take an extra hit every time the welcome is viewed.
