The Office is where Strong Bad, Homestar Runner, and The Cheat "work." Strong Bad works in a cubicle with a computer. He likes to put comic strips and Post-it notes on the walls, the latter of which he believes will save the company millions. Homestar's work area has not yet been featured. The office has a wood-paneled boardroom equipped with a dry-erase board. Shareholders meet there to discuss the earnings.

Their work seems to involve multi-tasking, or creating the illusion of multi-tasking when they report to their superiors in the (supposed) company.

Mancuso and Rondleman are the names of two of Strong Bad and Homestar's co-workers. Mancuso put his own three-hole punch in the microwave on at least one occasion, which led Homestar not to like him.
