This is the old 1937 house that the Pietimers used to live in and is where [[The Homestar Runner]] and co. look for a ghost in [[That A Ghost]]. It has a spiked fence all around its yard and some dead trees next to the house. It is somewhat reminescent of an Addams Family house.
