The only items that I think may be important enough to be included in the facts at the top (including this one about the parasol) are the items about Gooblies and the Cloitsterizer. Just how much do the Brothers know about Japan? One of the myriad bits of trivia that annoying anime fans pick up and show off is the ''[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hehenonomoheji Hehenonomoheji]'' face drawn by Japanese children. It's made up of the characters in its name:

he へ (pronounced heh)

no の

mo も

and 

ji じ

While the anime smiley face ^_^ developed unrelated to the Hehenonomoheji, they are very much alike in construction and concept, which is conducive to Chapsian conflation. Furthermore, the carat ^ is very similar to the ''he'' へ ... ''and Strong Bad pronounces it correctly.''
