Show preview

Hey there Tampo. Kindly allow me to point out a nifty feature of the editing page: namely, the "Show preview" button. It's right there next to "Save page", and it lets you see your changes before the database is actually updated; that way, the list of recent changes doesn't get flooded with minor edits. Sig Update

If you want to force your signature to update on a page, click "edit" at the top of the page, but instead of making an edit, change it to "purge" and then press Enter. How come When I clicked on "see my password here!" on your user page, it didn't go anywhere? Stothos / (my talk)

Yeah. If you look at the edit box, it will say: See my password <font color="blue"><u>here!</u> </font> which makes it look like a link. If I wanted it to go to my password page (if I had one) it would look like this in the edit box: See my password [[User:Tampo/password|here!]]. Try clicking on the link here: Win $999,978,365,475,676,126 here! . In the edit box it lookes like this: Win $999,978,365,475,676,126 <font color="blue"><u>here!</u> </font>.I would never give anyone my real password. Tampo (^T/C)

Sidebar Problem

Nevermind, I found the problem. The line <div style="margin-top: -3em; padding-top: 1px"> was causing the problem, as it wasn't designed for use with the usermessage. I've fixed it, and left everything else on your userpage as it was. --ENUSY 16:10, 22 January 2006 (UTC)
