Neuconsin is an Old-Timey place containing a factory where Fluffy Puff Air-Puffed Sugar Delights are hand-puffed with only the finest airs. Only mentioned by Mr. Shmallow in the toon of the same name, it is a take-off on the state of Wisconsin.
