The Very, Very Little Girl made her debut in July 2006 in Summer Short Shorts and can only be seen by clicking on the "n" in "End" at the end of the toon. Much to Homestar Runner's dismay, she does not respond to him, despite his numerous attempts to get her attention, such as dancing or asking her to "say something cute" or "talk about picking your nose." She is the daughter of Mike Chapman and Missy Palmer.

In addition to her one physical appearance, she can also be heard "sqeaking and squawking" during the secondary DVD commentary of road trip.
