Attribution

Hey there, Mr nutt. I am flattered with your use of my code in your signature. However, through the wiki's creative commons license, in order for you to use it, I must inform you how to attribute the work. It would be great if you could just put this tag within <noinclude> tags in your signature:

The MediaWiki source code used in this user's signature was copied over,
originally written by, and/or otherwise taken from {{User:Lapper/sig}}.
This notice exemplifies proper attribution.

Thank you very much for your consideration. — Lapper (talk) 02:41, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

ok but i still dont know how to use my signature so can you tell me
Simply type ~~~ for your signature alone, which is used only in STUFF and welcoming messages, and ~~~~ for your signature and a timestamp, which is used in all Talk: posts. I'll go ahead and add the attribution code for you. — Lapper (talk) 13:48, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
