I've got a well technical understanding of the Wiki which is why I joined the welcoming commitee, a friendly welcoming group to new users. Unfortunately, not many new users these days. Users cannot become a bureaucrat, but I gotta to at least be a sysop. I mean, look what I've done for the Wiki. Look at the pages I've created:
