:What pop-up blocker are you using? Both SP2 and Google blocked the pop-up until I told them to trust HSR.com, so that doesn't hold true. At all. The fact that Mac OS X displays popups with a different bar across the top would be justified if, on [[The System is Down]] or [[Not the 100th Email!!!]], there were a discussion on how "This Page Cannot Be Displayed" only applies to people using the Internet Explorer browser. The overall point being the TBC most likely chose to display popups in the style that they did expecting the most number of users to be using the aforementioned browser (along with Windows). And of course there are going to be users of other browsers and operating systems. I'm sure most of us can agree that we are able to imagine what the differences may be without the need for a screenshot. --[[User:The Paper|Teh P.]] 22:35, 15 Nov 2004 (MST) |
::I'm of the opinion that the Mac OS X thing doesn't belong. It just doesn't seem all that important. I mean, I noticed it was a popup window right away due to my using WinXP, but I didn't create a fun fact about it. The image just makes it worse, on top of things. --[[User:TheNintenGenius|TheNintenGenius]] 22:18, 15 Nov 2004 (MST) | ::I'm of the opinion that the Mac OS X thing doesn't belong. This statement is true, unless Strong Bad has more of one of the same virus in his computer. {{User:Don't say jorb 101/sig}} | This statement is true, unless Strong Bad has more of one of the same virus in his computer. {{User:Don't say jorb 101/sig}} | ||

When a user enables "Show Image placeholders" in advanced internet options, one can see the effect in Internet Explorer as well. This is a debate on whether or not the pending item should be added or not. I say '''add''' that sucker. {{User:Iyeru/sig}} | When a user enables "Show Image placeholders" in advanced internet options, one can see the effect in Internet Explorer as well. :Yes, broken image links occur in every browser, that is TTATOT. Netscape is mentioned because that specific icon is the one used solely by Betscape. Microsoft uses a red X, and as I recall Opera uses nothing. {{User:Qermaq/sig}} 08:52, 1 May 2008 (UTC) | :Yes, broken image links occur in every browser, that is TTATOT.
