Why is this still an inside joke? It's appeared more than 3 times.

So, just know I found a quote from a character from the show Animaniacs in which they state that "One time Randy Beaman's brother ate pop rocks and drank a soda and his head exploded!" which is identical to what happens in The House That Gave Sucky Treats.
