I'm thinking it's a good idea to have other articles for the puppets. They play a fairly important roll in the Homestar universe. Besides, Shark-Tooth Bubs is one of the least shown ones, so if he gets an article, other puppets should definately get one. 21:12, 7 Aug 2005 (UTC)

::I was considering adding a section on the article for Bubs, but I figured that I could add enough information to warrant a separate article for Shark-Tooth. I also agree - each puppet should have its own article. I see a The Cheat, Homestar, and Strong Bad puppets as articles in the future. 21:23, 7 Aug 2005 (UTC)

:::I can see those articles too. The Marshie puppet, not so much. He's appeared quite less than the others. Although, lemme tell ya, my initial reaction was that Shark-Tooth Bubs was unique enough to have his own article, since he was a production mistake... But, after careful consideration, I think the other puppets deserve their own articles too. They're unique enough in the fact that (save for The Cheat) they cannot be purchased by anyone else. --DorianGray

::::I don't know... I was kind of thinking about putting Shark-Tooth Bubs into the Bubs article, as well as similar sections in other character pages. I don't know if puppets should get their own page. A redirect could suffice instead of a page for Shark-Tooth. —BazookaJoe 21:29, 7 Aug 2005 (UTC)

:::::Shark-tooth bubs deserves it more than any other puppet, mainly because it was a production mistake.

::::::Regardless of whether the Homestar, The Cheat, and Strong Bad puppets get an article, I think this one on Shark-Tooth Bubs is good because he's clearly not the same as regular Bubs. He even has a different voice actor. — It's dot com 21:33, 7 Aug 2005 (UTC)

:::::::I have an idea! Why not creat one huge puppet article?  I can help in some way with that, I just need some moore time to get used to the programming of the website.Thechamp 21:35, 7 Aug 2005 (UTC)

::::::::I think the puppet section of Minor Alternate Versions will suffice for now until more information about these puppets is known. 01:38, 9 Aug 2005 (UTC)

What chicken man movie is he talking about? Is it Chicken Run? It it what else? I can't think.

BAWK BAWK BAWK! CHICKEN MAN! He's everywhere, he's everywhere! — That's from an old radio comedy called Chicken Man, my dad told me about it. It's from the forties, or sometime thereabouts. Does that answer your question? I mean, it does if your question was Who is Chicken Man? -- 00:25, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

Is this puppet realy made by a company?

-
: Allegedly, yes. But despite it being treated as a puppet, it's actually a small doll. -- 04:07, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

Representative Image
Is there any desire to make representative images for articles from the website, rather than from the DVD? If there is, perhaps this article can use something from Main Page 25 or Dangeresque: Puppet Squad instead of the current one. TimMierz 20:20, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

:Shark-Tooth Bubs' first ever onscreen appearance was on Puppets on the Road, which was on strongbad email.exe Disc Four. This is why we used that appearance to illustrate the article. The only real reason why we continue to use this image is because that was his only visible appearance for three years and by now most visitors to this article are now very familiar with this image. Hence, there is no desire to change the image we've all grown to love. I mean, what's wrong with it? We get to see Shark-Tooth Bubs' entire body and Mike's left hand! We could theoretically use his appearance on Main Page 25, but definitely not Dangeresque: Puppet Squad, in which he wears a mustache and white hat and is only seen from the waist up. 20:29, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

::I changed the picture to a Main Page 25 scene right before you wrote that. 20:31, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

:::Well, it's of a higher quality in any case. I'm sure the sysops won't mind too much. The old image can still be found on Puppets on the Road. 20:37, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

-
::::Just for future reference, i see no reason to have images specifically from the website if ones from other places will do just as well, and certainly not if the other images are better. 20:41, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

can u buy these?
-

-
cuz the brothers chaps or whoever makes shark tooth bubs plushies should do these as merchandise

-

-
i doubt you can get these

-
:As of today you cannot buy them, and they have never been sold. It is also very unlikely that you will be able to in the future. The Brothers Chaps did not make the plush toys themselves, but the toy manufacturers who received the design for Bubs misinterpreted it. Since these designs could therefore be considered "defective", The Brothers Chaps had no intention of selling them.

-
:While that may not be a valid reason anymore, it seems unlikely that they would contact the same manufacturer and ask them to deliberately produce another production run of the incorrect design. At this point they don't even have a section for plush toys on the website anymore, and they have not designed any new Homestar Runner merchandise since 2011. Kick-The-Cheats are already "extinct", and fetch very high prices when previous owners sell them.

-
:If a dedicated fan decides to hand-make Shark-Tooth Bubs plush toys and sell them, that is actually a more likely scenario.

-
:In conclusion, please read the above response by MichaelXX2. -- 20:50, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
