I noticed that the "Taken Directly From The Game" thing in fun facts has two problems. 1.) It is obvious to anyone who has played the game, and (most importantly) 2.) Some of the things on the list say (not actually in the game) or ", but that wasn't in the game." I am sort of new, so I don't know wheather to STUFF it or edit it or what.

Thank you to whomever posted a link to Coral Cache! It takes forever to load from the main site. -- FortyTwo 19:46, 6 Feb 2005 (MST)

I just downloaded it and copied the HTML source into a local file. It loaded almost instantly. woddfellow2| 19:52, 6 Feb 2005 (MST)

Mirrors

Maybe we should leave some of the mirrors up, since they're the original version, and rare, now. --67.177.52.133 01:40, 9 Feb 2005 (MST)

Now, I won't dispute the <pre> tags look much nicer, but since we're going with that, and those do NOT allow linking within them (I've tried, trust me) I was wondering where I could (or if I even should) put the links... --Shadow Hog 21:30, 6 Feb 2005 (MST)

The links, when appropriate, can be put in Fun Facts. Note that many of them will already be linked elsewhere on the page, and links shouldn't be repeated. — InterruptorJones[[]] 21:55, 6 Feb 2005 (MST)

Fun Facts Image

Why is the picture of the end credits in the Fun Facts section? It feels, to me, like it clutters the page. Am I alone in this belief? --Jay 23:01, 6 Feb 2005 (MST)

I put it there to accompany the transcription, because it doesn't appear in the toon long enough to read. — InterruptorJones[[]] 23:52, 6 Feb 2005 (MST)
We didn't have a picture for the dangeresque 3 credits, or any of the hundreds of things from 2 emails, or anything else save one picture at the top of each article. Why here? --Jay 00:12, 7 Feb 2005 (MST)
Why not? What's the harm? --68.149.165.171
Cluttered pages, and in this case, redundant info. --Jay 23:42, 7 Feb 2005 (MST)
I really love how you responded to the whole "film sizes" thing. And I quote: "Completeness isn't necessary if they can see it on the site." InterruptorJones said that. Is it just me, or is that somewhat... ironic given this discussion? --Jay 23:06, 8 Feb 2005 (MST)

Pictures

Should we not add pictures of the characters from this trailer into the character biographies? I think it would be a nice touch.--Lord Pikachon

That sounds like a good idea to me. — InterruptorJones[[]] 14:30, 7 Feb 2005 (MST)

A question from Daniel

Why does Rather dashing scare gary if he meets both archers at the begining? Daniel

The sequence of scenes in movie trailers frequently differs from the sequence events in the actual movie. — InterruptorJones[[]] 14:30, 7 Feb 2005 (MST)

Scalding Lake

Rather Dashing's T-Shirt says "Scalding Lake" or something - does that ring a bell to anyone? --JZ

That it's related to the place Rather Dashing visited, as depicted in Peasant's Quest's opening dialogue? --Shadow Hog 20:32, 7 Feb 2005 (MST)
Quite right, I just replayed the beginning of the game. Awesome, I found a real fun fact this time! --JZ

R. for Robot?

The "R." before Craig Zobel in the credits may mean "Robot", like in Isaac Asimov's novels. Does it? If so, should it be added to Real-World References? --Meneth 23:36, 7 Feb 2005 (MST)

No. Look at the credits for some of the older toons. --Jay 23:42, 7 Feb 2005 (MST)

Easter... Egg?

Someone removed the fact stating that the credits were clickable but activated no Easter Eggs, saying it's not true any more. They are still clickable and still don't produce any Easter Egg. Am I missing something? --Jay 18:56, 10 Feb 2005 (MST)

I just checked and it's not clickable. At least in the Jhonka-sized version. I'd suggest clearing your cache and trying again.
It may be worth it to keep it on as a fun fact, though, i.e. "Originally the credits were clickable, but..." — InterruptorJones[[]] 20:54, 10 Feb 2005 (MST)
Last time I saw the Fun Fact, it made it pretty clear that only the 13.4 and Trogdor-sized files would click. Trogdor still clicks, so it shouldn't have been removed. I'mml go put it back up if it isn't already. --Shadow Hog 22:20, 10 Feb 2005 (MST)
Yeah, it was the Trogdor version I checked too (which I hadn't actually loaded EVER prior to checking out the removal of said Fact - I'd only seen mirrors, and the original). Anyway, the edit's summary made it sound as though the reason for deletion was because the Easter Egg was added, not the clickability removed. --Jay 23:39, 10 Feb 2005 (MST)
Yup, you're right. The Trogdor version is still clickable, but there's still no easter egg. — InterruptorJones[[]] 10:18, 11 Feb 2005 (MST)
