- This is the first official appearance of the Strong Bad puppet on the website. He was first featured on The Screen Savers interview of January 24, 2005.
- This is the first puppet short not to feature Homestar Runner.

- The red background with the blue jagged stripes is the same wall in the Basement of the Brothers Strong. This is really how a room in The Brothers Chaps' office looks (as seen in Making of Email 100 from the DVD).
