This is the second bit of Homestar Flash ever.
Homestar's head and his star have little see-through openings, though that's due to the similar art style.
Homestar stops for a bit when the TV is almost out of the screen because the loop starts and ends with Homestar in the same pose.
This animation may be based on the kids' book Where My Hat Is At?, as the drawing style is similar.
