Polymascotfoamalate is a material used to make mascot uniforms (such as The Jolly Dumple) in the H*R world. It was introduced in 4 branches, and it was revealed that it was very flammable. In the e-mail mention, the Old Timey Alien doesn't have Polymascotfoamalate on his planet.
