The Journal of The Cheat Science and Medicine

The physiology of a The Cheat is indeed a mysterious one. Although it was one of the great mysteries of the Homestar Runner Universe (and still is), an in-deph and detailed look at the anatomy of a The Cheat was published in the The Journal of The Cheat Science and Medicine. It was first seen as an easter egg on the Strong Bad email big white face. The Cheat's physiology just plain baffles Strong Bad.

External features

Yet another biological mystery

A The Cheat's external and more easily observed features include his teeth, including one gold tooth (also one of the Internal features). Although only four teeth are visible on the outside, it is revealed that a The Cheat has five total. The Cheats have yellow and black fur with about 30 black spots visible at once.

Internal features

The Cheat has 18 or 19 bones (if the Skelebrate is considered one bone), which are probably fairly sturdy as they are frequently kicked around.

The Facebone is probably a The Cheat's equivalent of a skull. It features five teeth, all on the top row of a The Cheat's mouth (four regular teeth and one gold tooth). It also has the "for seeing" sockets, where a The Cheat's eyes go. A The Cheat's brain is presumably located inside of it.

The Skelebrates are probably a The Cheat's backbone, although it is attached to nothing except for the facebone. Its name is a mix of "skeleton" and "vertebrate".

A The Cheat's chest contains the aptly named "organ" (its function is unknown), six independantly supported ribs, a "tube" (also aptly named, probably a Cheatese esophagus)

Sclipula and Ulterior Sclipula

A sclipula is a bone which serves as some kind of leg or leg-like structure. It is accompanied by an ulterior sclipula, also a bone and similarly shaped to a sclipula. The sclipula always faces whichever way a The Cheat is facing and the ulterior sclipula always faces towards a The Cheat's back. The Cheats appear to move by shuffling their sclipuli. Both the normal and ulterior sclipula were named on a chart of the physiology of a typical The Cheat.

The Cheats' arms seem to go unnamed, so they can still be considered arms. The left arm has two bones, and the right has only one visible bone (the other bone is either obscured or doesn't exist).

The Cheats also have two clusters of veins; one coming from the bottom of the facebone and one coming out of the back of the facebone and extending into a The Cheat's left arm(-like structure). There may be another such cluster of veins extending into a The Cheat's right arm, but if there is one it is not visible.
