The On Point Kings are a gang consisting of Strong Bad, Strong Mad, and The Cheat. Their hideout is located behind Bubs' Concession Stand. The gang was created when The Stick was temporarily unpopular. On Strong Mad's suggestion, the On Point Kings stole The King of Town's dunce hat and named it "Lotionman."
Now this is one group that doesn't take any guff. Strong Sad once came with some (guff, that is), but Strong Bad flat-out rejected it. I mean, that guff never stood a chance.
