The '''Email Processing Room''' is the nexus of all [[Strong Bad]]'s email processing. It used to be linked from an auto-reply sent up to the [[Compy 386]] era, but now it can only be accessed from the official site through the animated GIF of a mouse on [[Strong Bad's Website]].

==Processing Details==
[[The Cheat]] types on an old computer (likely an [[Apple IIe|Apple II]]) and prints out a potential email candidate. [[Strong Mad]] grabs the printout, puts on reading glasses, and reads the email briefly. He then chews up the paper, spits it into a cylinder, and sends it via {{w|pneumatic tube}} to Strong Bad. Strong Bad takes the paper from the tube and reads it. He then laughs at the paper and rips it into tiny pieces, and the cycle repeats.

*Clicking on the three signs behind Strong Mad linked to [https://web.archive.org/web/20020522024622/http://garnet.acns.fsu.edu/~abs8286/ The Rumor]. The Rumor was a fan site for {{w|The Band}} run by Brent McNeal and Adam Sterritt (brother of [[Ryan Sterritt]]), friends of [[Matt Chapman]] and [[Craig Zobel]]; the site similarly used the motto "Pride, Detail, and Ethics" with corresponding signs posted in Sterritt's room. As this page was on the {{w|Florida State University}} student webspace, it was no longer hosted by May 2009.
**In 2003, The Rumor moved to [https://web.archive.org/web/20031004180627/http://www.dumpyusa.com/rumorintro.htm DumpyUSA]; this site went offline by fall 2004. One page on DumpyUSA included [http://web.archive.org/web/20030212025222/http://www.dumpyusa.com/matt.htm several photos of Matt]. 
Notably, an [[Email FAQ|early FAQ]] stated that [[The Brothers Chaps]] had a policy of "absolutely no links to other sites". This was corrected in the later [[FAQ]] to state that they "link to a couple sites here and there but only when it's appropriate."

*The printer shown here is one of the printers Strong Bad has used at the end of his emails (see [[The Paper]]).

*Strong Mad appears to "grow" another arm out of his right arm the second and third time he lifts it.
*There is also a layering problem the second time he lowers his arm. He places the cylinder into the tube, then his fist moves in front of the table and disappears.
*When Strong Bad takes the chewed-up email out of the cylinder, he doesn't unscrew the lid, but he takes the note out through the tube.
*Just before Strong Mad sends the cylinder down the tube, the lid closes itself.
*There is a little gray line that goes through The Cheat's computer.
*The printer is missing a manual feed roller on the side facing the audience (usually a small wheel jutting out from the printer, used to feed the paper into the printer manually).
