Atari Dragon a.k.a. Freakin' Duck

"Somebody get this freakin' duck away from me!"Strong Bad

The Atari Dragon is an 8-bit creature that has often been mistaken for a duck. The dragon comes from the Atari 2600 game Adventure. The objective of Adventure is to take a magic Chalice and place it in the starting castle (Strong Bad can actually be seen carrying this Chalice in Main Page 13). The three dragons in the actual game were yellow, green, and red; so, while the yellow dragon (whose name is "Yorgle") could be considered an actual character from the game, the white dragons seen in "Everybody to the Limit" could not.

Appearances

  • Everybody to the Limit — It personifies Fhqwhgads on the subway.
  • Main Page 13Strong Bad yells "Somebody get this freakin' duck away from me!" when he is being chased by the Atari Dragon.
  • King of Town Main Page — Appears when "Game" is highlighted.
  • Email highschool (Mentioned) — The middle school variation of Strong Bad proclaimed, "Aw man! That freakin' duck swallowed both my pixels!"
  • Where's The Cheat? (game) — A "freakin duck" is an enemy that will either eat or be killed by the player, depending on whether or not the player has a big knife. However, the "freakin duck" eating the player or it being killed is not shown.
  • Email fan club — The Atari Dragon, again personifying Fhqwhgads, appears on the flier for FHQWHfest '08.
