Hi, anonny. I saw that you created the article sit on a biscuit. While we do sometimes have articles about phrases said by the characters, we don't make them for passing lines that are never repeated. (After all, if we did, we might end up with an article for every line in the toons!) You might look at DELETED! or My Dog as examples of how phrases used several times can be articles.
