[edit] At Homestarrunner dot net (Declined)
This email implies that Homestar Runner has an email address, which we have no reason to believe because he is always using Strong Bad's computer.
- Decline I do not like this fact, but I don't feel right simply deleting it. Your call, people? --Jay 20:33, 2 Feb 2005 (MST)
- Accept - Dingell
- Accept, maybe revise It IS Homestar's website after all...so of course there would be an email address for him. Also, we haven't seen in Homestar's house as extensively as Strong Bad's. So he may have a computer... It just seems that he likes to fiddle with Strong Bad's computer anytime he sees it. I actually think the more interesting fun fact here is that Homestar can SPELL! →jake-a-roonie 06:22, 07 Feb 2005 (CST)
- But if that's true, then the fact doesn't need to be revised - it needs to be rewritten or thrown out! (Yes, there's a difference between revision and rewriting.) The fact implies that Homestar SHOULDN'T have an e-mail address, while you very clearly stated that he should. --Jay 13:28, 7 Feb 2005 (MST)
- Decline Since we're dealing with "implications" and "reasons to believe", I don't find this to be in any way factual. The first part alone would suffice, albeit with a decent rewrite, but the second part is unnecessary. --TheEggman 22:21, 8 Feb 2005 (MST)
- Decline. He's not "always" using Strong Bad's computer; he's only used it once or twice. --Upsilon
- Second. --Alun Clewe 16:09, 1 Mar 2005 (MST)
- Decline. This email doesn't just imply that Homestar Runner has an email address; Strong Bad forwards an email to him and he sends a reply. Using whose computer? --Eujensc 12:13, 2 Mar 2005 (MST)
[edit] Cool Stuff
Does anyone have an Idea on what strong bad would have done with all his cool stuff and why it is never mentioned again? do you think this could be a subject for future emails?--Someone 10:08, 22 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- TBC say that they don't like to re-use e-mail ideas more than once (i.e. creating another monster truck show). I think they said that in either on of the commentary for one of e-mails 1-100, or on the FAQ.
- Maybe Homestar's credit card bounced. Swimma Dan

- So the site's back up? It was down earlier (check the Remarks section). --DorianGray
- It's currently down again... So makey outy 00:33, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Does it need a mouse?
When there is a cursor moving across the screen, I think it's very likely that, disabling Scroll Lock (which is useless today) he could have moved the cursor with the arrow keys. What do you guys think? --Song from the 60's 22:28, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
- Of course it's possible. - Qermaq - (T/C)
23:14, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
- But the Remark implies that it would have been impossible for there to be a mouse cursor without a mouse, although the arrow keys would have made it possible. But nevermind, I added that. --Song from the 60's 22:44, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
- And it totally gets deleted. What the heck? Man, screw you guys. You don't like my legitimate additions, you can fare well without them. --Song from the 60's 15:10, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
- As It's dot com said, in the edit summary when he removed the fact, the cursor doesn't move as though with mousekeys. With mousekeys, the cursor would move generally in cardinal directions, with sharp corners when you switch to another direction... but the movements in the email are smooth and curved. Plus, when he clicks, it sounds like a mouse click, not a keyboard key. Certainly, mousekeys exist, but Strong Bad clearly wasn't using any. --phlip TC 16:18, 16 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sighting
The email from 'John' was repeated exactly in a MAD magazine letters page a while ago
[edit] Dog bark
At the very end of the email, I distinctly hear two "barks". They're not quite distinct enough to be positively identified as a dog, but that's what it sounds like to me. I first heard it on the DVD, then checked the web version and it had it too. Should this be noted in the transcript or fun facts?--Bobo the King 03:42, 22 September 2010 (UTC)
- I've been listening to it over and over again, and I'm hearing a bark, too. I don't think it's clear enough to add to the fun facts, though. DENNIS T/C 12:28, 22 September 2010 (UTC)
- I hear it too. It wouldn't go in the transcript, because it's surely just an artifact from when they recorded Strong Bad Emails in an apartment, but I could see it as a fun fact. — It's dot com 17:26, 22 September 2010 (UTC)
