The Bear-Shark is a cardboard cut-out of a bear holding a shark, lurking behind the fence of Strongbadia. It is Strongbadia's "security countermethod", as Strong Bad puts it. It scares The Cheat often, as when The Cheat touches the Tire, not only does he get electrocuted, but the Bear-Shark pops up.
The Bear-Shark makes another appearance in theme park on The Strong Badian Riverquest Safariventure ride, as a headhunter.
The Bear-Shark may have been inspired by an episode of Cartoon Network's Space Ghost: Coast to Coast (#77, Kentucky Nightmare), in which Space Ghost shows a documentary he has made about sharks and bears being "the best of friends," and even features a bear carrying a shark through the woods.
