  • Mozilla / Firefox: hold down Shift while clicking Reload, or press Ctrl-Shift-R (Cmd-Shift-R on Apple Mac)
  • Safari: press Cmd-Option-E
  • IE: hold Ctrl while clicking Refresh, or press Ctrl-F5
