Monte Negro

Monte Negro, or simply "Monte", is a charactor who randomly appeared on a orange marshmellow after Marshie asks him about Malloween Fluffy Puffs. Marshie then proceeded to reveal the following claim about the snack food - "They fit on top of each other!!"
