Main Menus
The main menu of each of the three discs is modeled after The Paper hanging down over the ending part of the Intro (just as in a Strong Bad Email), and contains blocks of emails (in increments of 10), "Bonus Stuff," and "Play All."
- As well, at the end of each email (if you choose to watch them individually), The Paper comes down reading The End, followed by choices for "again" "main" and "next" (if applicable).
Bonus Menu
The Bonus menu of each of the three discs is modeled after a Trogdor Arcade Cabinet, with whichever bonus features there are on the disc listed and Back.
Email Menu
The Email menu of each of the three discs displays the emails in groups of 10 on the screen, along with a "Play All 10" button, "Back" button (if applicable, which takes you to the previous group of ten), "Next" button (if applicable, takes you to the next group of ten), and "Main" button
