From time to time, The Cheat appears to have rabies. Although it is unknown whether this is just a physical transformation or the contraction of the actual disease, The Cheat's behavior is somewhat altered from the norm when in this state. Tendencies include foaming at the mouth, attacking characters such as Marzipan, and making loud, high-pitched noises, according to Strong Bad. Deep, loud bleating noises are apparently also common of him when he has rabies, as such a sound coming from the Carnivorous Undead Sheep cause both Homestar Runner and Strong Bad to assume he has rabies.
