The lyric should be changed to what girl. White girl just doesn't sound like what strong bad would say.
It definitely is white girl.
Style
The second part is definitely not Salsa, it's some form of Afro Pop. Anyone familiar with the exact style in that genre? - Qermaq - (T/C)

Well (almost a year later) i'm not exactly sure, but it sounds remarkably like "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-a-lot. So some kind of hip-hop or something like that.
