Hey there, nice job you've done for the transcript for email thunder! I just wanted to point out that you can (and should) use the wiki-style formatting to indicate emphasis in the transcripts, rather than simply putting things in all caps. For example, ''two apostrohes'' will make something italic and '''three apostrophes''' will make it bold. You can even combine these, using '''''five apostrophes''''' to make it both. Keep up the good work!

I'll do that. I was using all caps for speed, meaning to go back and correct for formatting later, and posting as I go to show I was working on it, because I'm not sure how to put up that "working on it" flag." Thanks!
