"possibly"

There's been a recent dispute concerning Strong Sad's talking about Homsar being "up there" on the Homsar main page referring to the place the menu character stands. Specifically, do we need to say that it "possibly" refers to the place the menu characters stand? I think this is simply unnecessary, and that it is obvious what Strong Sad is referring to (as there's not really any other place it could be referring to).
