Drugs and other kinds of pills have been referenced frequently throughout the Homestar Runner universe.

Appearances

• Email autobiography — In "Words I Probably Said", Strong Bad explains that "somebody must have slipped [Reg] some drugs or something before the game"
• Limozeen Thanksgiving E-Cards — One of the cards says "Kids under six, don't drink and drive! And drugs, stay out of school!".
• Email funny — Strong Sad asks Strong Bad, "Did you take some of my pills again?"
• Peasant's Quest — One of the items you give the keepers is a bottle of pills.
• Email time capsule — One of the Easter eggs is Jobar's Big Ol' Headache Medicine.
• Stinkoman 20X6 — The main item for restoring health is a large pill.
• Email candy product — Strong Bad's junkmail filter, Edgar's Baby's Daddy, has one email with the subject "Re: Pharmblancy news", parodying spammers who advertise prescription drugs.
• Email alternate universe — Homestar Runner tries to make a real fruit smoothie using "Total Load", presumably vitamin supplement pills.
• Email retirement — In the files Easter egg, on of the lists contains "diet pills".
