Marshie is the mascot for Fluffy Puff Marshmallows. Homestar Runner hates that friggin' marshmallow, probably because Marshie took his job. He's famously creepy and his commercials are often composed of non-sequitur gibberish. He had a cameo role in Cheat Commandos...O's, in which he managed, if it's possible, to be even stranger than usual. Marshie's 1936 equal is Mr. Shmallow (character), who is just as creepy.

Marshie shares a resemblance to both the Carl's Jr/Hardee's star and the characters on the Elyon kosher marshmallows.
