Making of Email 100 is a Strong Bad DVD feature of a time-lapse video. It shows the making of the the Strong Bad Email "flashback."

Near the beginning of the video, you can see Mike working on graphics that never made it into the cartoon, which feature normal-style Homestar Runner wearing sandals and a GREEN Duckie Shirt.

Within the first 5 seconds, Matt puts on his Limozeen wig while at his laptop computer.
