HOMESTAR RUNNER: {walks on stage} Oh hello. And now for a special punishment-I mean presentation from Strong Baaaaaaaaaaaaa-duh. {walks off stage}

{We see Strong Bad behind a curtain.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: Strong Bad! Go!

(Strong Bad peeks out from the wings)

STRONG BAD: Oh man, there's no way I'm going out there.

{Cut to Homestar standing backstage with Pom Pom, Strong Mad, and The Cheat}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: Oh yes you are. You lost fair and square. Goooo...

{Cut back to Strong Bad behind the curtain}

STRONG BAD: No!

HOMESTAR RUNNER: Go!

STRONG BAD: No. Rrrrrrraaaaaaaah!

HOMESTAR RUNNER: GO! {Strong Bad is pushed onto stage, wearing a sailor suit and holding a large lollipop.}

{Homestar, Pom Pom, Strong Mad, and The Cheat laugh}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: Go on...

STRONG BAD: {clears throat} Hrrmrrdrr.

HOMESTAR RUNNER: What?

STRONG BAD: Happymaddaday.

HOMESTAR RUNNER: We can't hear you!

STRONG BAD: HAPPY FREAKING MOTHER'S DAAAY!

{More laughter from Homestar, Strong Mad, The Cheat, and Pom Pom}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: You had to say it. Pom-Pom, seriously. He had to say it.

STRONG BAD: Oh man. That's the last time I'm playin' you guys in cards. You guys are freaking ruthless, man. I'm outta here. More like 'Crappy Mother's Day', if you ask me. Cause it's probably pretty crappy so far. And I'm not even a mother.

Fun Facts

  • The auditorium is the same one that is in A Holiday Greeting, except the colors were changed.
  • This is the first holiday cartoon featuring the Chaps' current style of animation.
  • You can't hear Pom-Pom laughing.
  • Strong Bad's mouth doesn't move when the camera takes in the whole auditorium.
  • The way Homestar draws out the "a" sound in "Strong Bad" is likely a reference to the way he did so in The Reddest Radish (or vice versa).
