- this was created in responce to a conversation here. It was talked about a while ago and I decided to try implementing it. It would be used on other pages only on a case by case basis if it was decided to be useful there. Thank you for the concern.

- Sorry, I am used to Wikipedia where the BE BOLD policy is popular. I forgot that this policy is not universal to wikis. I would, however like to see this properly implemented as I think it would be a great improvement to the wiki
