[edit] Homestar sounding like Marzipan
Is there a way to do this better? I mean, it's not Marzipan, and it seems wrong to say it is. Then again, saying it's Homestar up front ruins the joke. I'm not sure it there's a better option - perhaps not - but if there is we should employ it. - Qermaq - (T/C)

- The way I see it is that the subtitles are intended to copy the sound of the toon... it's less "Marzipan is talking" and more "This is marzipan's voice". Whereas the toon page says it's Homestar 'cause that's who's actually speaking. --phlip TC 04:12, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
- It's probably the case that we cannot do any better here. But, you know, sometimes I think TBC intentionally try to confound us. After we've subtitled most of the site, they throw something at us which cannot be perfectly subtitled! Oh, sweet lady irony! Why do you mock me? - Qermaq - (T/C)
