Probably; I wouldn't really care one way or another. And to set the record straight I personally do not think that that Pinner and Mashed Potato Jones look alike. I got that from the sketchbook entry on HRwiki for Mashed Potato Jones, which says: "A sketch for Mashed Potato Jones (from Halloween Fairstival), if he ever appeared. Looks similar to one of Strong Bad's Easter egg appearances from island." Whoever wrote that probably hasn't seen Meet Marshie and therefore wouldn't know that it was pinner he was talking about.
