Buscemian ≠ Lebowskian

I don't believe Strong Sad's reference to Steve Buscemi in Sbemail 150?!? counts as a Big Lebowski reference. Buscemi is a film director in his own right - if not experimental, certainly independent. There's no particularly compelling tie between the nature of SS's storyboards and Buscemi's performance as Donny.
