The Sandbox is an HRWiki namespace page designed for testing and experimenting with wiki syntax. I'm not sure why I'm putting this in the sandbox. But then, I'm not sure about many, many things in my life. Anyhoo, I've gotta tell you all something:

I've seen the wiki go through a lot of things. Things that have shaped our wiki forever. I've seen the downfall of guestbooks, NSMC, Yeltensic, The main page update (like Wikipedia's new update), and much more. Through it all, the wiki users have been amazing. They've held through it all and represented their wiki the best way they could. I just sat back the whole time, amazed. These users were obviously some of the best people anyone will ever know, I thought. I was always astounded.
A few weeks ago, I left the wiki. I knew it was a bad decision, but I still left. I was isolated from the outright coolness of all my friends and enemies alike here. I seeked refuge at the fanstuff wiki. I became a powerful user there. It was almost as good as the knowledge base. To make things even better, some of my best friends were there. So I was happy. I never looked at the wiki again, except for some times when I had heard of something I needed to take care of from the fanstuff wiki.
Last night, I heard the wiki was regrading its systems and that it would have a temporary lockdown. I hopped on over here to see what it would be like. It seemed very exciting to me. Soon, I could not edit any pages. It was very entertaining. But when I tried to cut and paste a quote, I found that I was editing the software only known to me as old.hrwiki.org. It was crazy. I was spellbounded. After all, the wikitikitavi software had never been editable to me. I loved it. I thought that Tom and/or JoeyDay had redirected the wiki temporarily to its older state while the real one was regrading. I took advantage of this, and edited frivolously. I soon went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, I found out the software was permanently changed, as did many wiki users. I was shocked.
I knew, however, that I must stay longer to investigate. It was starnge to me that it had happened so quickly without warning. But unlike others, I held on. I made sure wiki users got into the new software comfortably. Now 2 of my best friends are gone. It really does suck. But I encourage you, fellow wikiers, to hold on and sit tight. Your beloved wiki will be better. It will get better, believe me. If you continue to immaturely act defiant, you will destroy the wiki. All of the cool users I knew and admired will go. And that will be a sad thing indeed.
Please, save the wiki. Keep editing, keep making this place better and better. It will continue to grow and flourish like it used to. It will be the finest wiki ever. Even better than Wikipedia. Don't lose hope because the software is "unfamiliar". All of your people are still familiar, and they still stand by your side.

Seriously (Talk)

I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate this look and this software. This change sucks and if it's not an April Fool's prank, I'm leaving the Wiki. I know I'm new so my opinion means crap, but that's that. — Bassbone (TALK Strong Mad Has a Posse CONT)
